Trinal assists our clients with their strategic planning and contract monitoring efforts to ensure that federal, state, and/or municipal and self-imposed compliance goals are met. We specialize in the areas of procurement workforce hiring policy and program development, MBE/WBE/BEPD/VBE/SDVBE/LGBTE/LBE utilization, and other affirmative-action programs.

We are very excited about our software solution known as the Global Project Tracking System® or GPTS®. This copyright-protected software solution provides a value-added component to our clients as an efficient technological tool that tracks compliance efforts in a wide range of areas. Using detailed and comprehensive reports, clients can determine if they are meeting their goals in many areas including, but not limited to, vendor utilization, timely subcontractor payment, minority, disadvantaged and women-owned business utilization, and workforce hiring. GPTS® is currently available in a web-based version, which tracks and generate reports on vendor/supplier/contractor diversity spend commitments and actuals achieved, and workforce hiring initiatives, certified payroll, prevailing and union wage, and Davis Bacon compliance.
